This week Google launched an update to Fred, now known as Bert. In summary, the Bert algorithm is geared toward natural language processing and will likely affect searches for long tail keywords (low volume keyword searches). With the continual growth of mobile web traffic, for many years Google has indicated that the speed at which a web page loads in a web browser is one of the factors they use to determine page rank.
